Many, many thanks to everyone who came down to the club last Friday and made it such a memorable finale for us at the Cellar Bar! It was without a doubt much busier, much earlier than ever before (apart from that extra special night last year with Rainer Truby), which gives us a lot of faith for upcoming dates at Cabaret Voltaire.
Please see below for a chance to vote in our poll regarding the night and tell us what you thought. You can also feed back about the night, the Flanners & D'Viking 3rd Birthday mix CDs we were handing out and any other Trouble-related business on our forum page.
First, thanks to everyone who came along and made the last 2 Troubles two of the best nights we've had in the Cellar Bar. Quantic shifted the earth's plates for all and The Rookie's birthday party (that's what we call Hugh de Winton, by the way) was much busier than we'd expected and rolling-and-a-rocking all night long.
So, this Friday is our last date at the Cellar Bar. It's a bitter-sweet moment to be leaving now that things are going so well, but leave we do. Last year was a tough one. We had some highs; we had some lows; and we had some intermediary moments where our mates and their mates all had a good time but the club wasn't exactly hoaching...
BIG BIG BIG UP and MAD PROPS! to the man like Billy Page, or Slim Will P as he would surely prefer to be known for the purposes of this wee plug for his latest compilation CD getting airplay from specialist internet radio. The man with the Straight No Chaser masterplan has scored another hit (his 6th no less) and you can check it out here: http://www.milkaudio.com/web/guest_willpage.php
